Legal information

Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to the two services presented on edgequantum65.fr: the on-site diagnosis (observation of a machine by the laboratory's module) and the custom dossier (search, verification and revival of technologies described in public documents). The signed quote specifies the service; where they differ, the quote prevails over these terms.

2. Provider

Edge Quantum 65, a business being registered, Lannemezan (Hautes-Pyrénées), France — [email protected]. Full details are in the legal notice.

3. Opening

The business officially opens in January 2027, upon registration. No order or payment is accepted before that date; preliminary discussions and quotes remain possible.

4. Quote and order

Each service is subject to a free written quote, valid for 30 days. The order is firm upon receipt of the signed quote, or its written acceptance (email), and, where the quote provides for it, the deposit. No work starts without this written agreement.

5. Price and payment

Prices are set in the quote, in euros. Payment by bank transfer: a 30% deposit may be requested with the order, the balance upon delivery of the report or dossier, no later than 30 days after the invoice is issued.

Business clients: any late payment automatically incurs penalties at the European Central Bank rate plus 10 points, and a fixed recovery fee of €40 per invoice (articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code).

6. On-site diagnosis

The observation module is installed without modifying the machine. It measures and never controls: it acts neither on the machine nor on its settings. Measurements stay on the client's site. The module remains the property of Edge Quantum 65 and is returned at the end of the period; the client keeps it safe on site during the observation. The report describes what was measured and what departed from normal operation: it does not replace maintenance, regulatory inspections or the manufacturer.

7. Custom dossier

The dossier gathers the relevant public technologies, their status checked at the official source on the stated date, and a documentary pre-analysis. A documentary pre-analysis is not legal advice: before any filing or exploitation, the decision belongs to the client.

8. Confidentiality

The client's information, needs and results are confidential: they are neither published nor disclosed to third parties. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed from the first exchange.

9. Ownership

Once fully paid, the client freely uses the report or dossier delivered. The tools, methods, software and module of Edge Quantum 65 remain its property. The public documents cited remain subject to their own rules.

10. Liability

Edge Quantum 65 undertakes to use the means necessary to perform the services properly (best-efforts obligation). For business clients, its liability is limited to the amount excluding tax paid for the service concerned, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

The services are primarily intended for businesses. A consumer ordering at a distance has 14 days to withdraw, from the day after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason, by writing to [email protected]. If they expressly ask for the service to start before the end of this period, they owe the amount corresponding to the service provided until withdrawal (articles L221-18 and L221-25 of the French Consumer Code).

12. Personal data

See the privacy page.

13. Disputes

In case of dispute, the client first writes to [email protected]. A consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge: details provided upon registration. These terms are governed by French law; the French version prevails over its translation. Between businesses, any dispute falls under the courts of Tarbes.
